- Participating lenders: When you submit an inquiry, we share the information you provide with one or more participating hard money lenders so they can evaluate your scenario, contact you, and, if appropriate, present financing options. A current list of participating lenders is available upon request.
- Service providers: We share information with vendors who support our operations, including hosting, analytics, communications, CRM, email, SMS, call tracking, identity verification, anti-fraud, and similar services. These providers are contractually limited to using the information to perform services for us.
